A word from the cook
Edamame is not always at supermarket. Health food or asian grocery stores generally have them.
Ingredients

1/2 tbspn coarse sea salt
500g frozen edamame
2 tbspn soy sauce
2 tbspn rice wine vinegar
1/2 tspn sesame oil
1 tspn honey
1 garlic clove minced
1 tspn black and white sesame seeds
1 tbspn scallion, chopped

Instructions
  1. Place edamame into a pot of boiling water and cook until tender – 4 minutes.  You want to cook out the raw taste but not let them get mushy
  2. Immediately transfer with a slotted spoon into a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking
  3. Drain, pat dry and salt
  4. Prepare the dipping sauce by whisking the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic and scallions
  5. Serve in small dipping bowl with the edamame
  6. Note – Don’t east the whole bean,  just suck out the tender inside beans
