2 x chicken breasts, diced into 3cm pieces
Japanese mayonnaise (The only brand commonly available in Coles/Woolies is Kewpie - Not always easy to find - you may need to ask)
- Mix the soy sauce, ginger and chicken together in a large bowl. Let the chicken marinate for 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, while that’s heating coat each chicken piece in the flour.
- Put the coated chicken in the frying pan for about 3 minutes then turn and cook for another 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and serve with the Japanese mayonnaise for dipping. Also serve with rice and salad.
