Swiss Farmers Pie

I don't think I've ever seen pie advertised. That's how you know it's good.

1 onion, finely chopped
2 tspns oil
1 stick celery, chopped
1.5kg ground beef
1 tspn salt
1/4 tspn black pepper
1 can Heinz Creamy Mushroom Soup
2 tbspn HP sauce
Mashed Potato
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese

  1. Gently fry onion and celery in oil, add beef, cook until browned.
  2. Add salt, pepper, grated carrot, zucchini, soup and HP sauce.
  3. Cook for 15 mins.
  4. Transfer to casserole dish and top with thick layer of mashed potato.
  5. Top with fresh breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 180c for 20 mins.
