Chocolate Peanut Slice

Whoever thought a tiny candy bar should be called "fun size" was a moron.

250 grams plain sweet biscuit crumbs
125 grams melted butter
1 can condensed milk
4 x 60 gram snickers bars chopped

125 grams dark chocolate chopped
25 grams butter chopped

  1. Combine crumbs and butter in bowl.
  2. Mix well and press over base of lamington tin.  Refrigerate 20 mins.
  3. Combine milk and chocolate bars in heavy base pan, stir over low heat till well combined.
  4. Cook stirring constantly about 5 mins or until thickened slightly.
  5. Place hot caramel mixture over base.
  6. Bake in moderate oven about 15 mins or until beginning to set.
  7. Cool.  Spread warm topping over caramel mixture.
  8. Cool and refrigerate until set.



  1. Combine chocolate and butter in pan, stir over low heat until smooth.
